Abstract

This method was based on the use of high-performance reversed-phase liquid chromatography to analyses the drug individually, and through the results it was found that ibuprofen separated at a Retention time of 4.781 minutes. For the concentrations at which the method can work between 0.07-0.13 µg/ml, the value of detection limit and percent recovery of the drug was calculated and found to be equal to 0.000443 µg/ml and 99.3-100.34%, respectively/ and through the data reached that determine the optimal conditions The success of the method is noted for the determination of ibuprofen in its pure form and in pharmaceutical preparations.
