Toxoplasma is a common disease caused by the T. gondii parasite with global reach and poses high risks to community health. The current study aims to determine levels of Toll-like Receptor (TLR-2), interferon IFN (INF-γ), interleukin 12 (IL-12), and Nitric oxide (NO), in women infected with toxoplasmosis and control group using the Enzyme _ Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method. The current study was carried out on a total of 90 subjects 30 control and 60 patient, aged 18–40 years, from women infected with toxoplasmosis which in Salah al-Din who visited Balad General Hospital and Iraq National Hospital in Balad District and external laboratories in Dujail District, Dhuluiya District and Samarra District. The research was conducted in Balad General Hospital - Gynecology Consulting Laboratory Department as well as work in external laboratories and central laboratories - Tikrit University for the period starting from October 2024 to June 2025. The results of the current study showed that infection with toxoplasmosis leads to decrease in the level of TLR2 in patients (5.04 ± 2.28) µg/ml compared to the control group (5.37±2.28 )µg/ml, The results show a significant increase at the probability level of 0.05 <P in the level of INF-γ, IL-12, and NO, in the group of women infected with the Toxoplasma gondii parasite, which reached (238±35.4, 183±39.2, and 3.09±1.23) compared to the control (212±36.1, 134.9±38.9, and 2.13±1.26) µg/ml, respectively.
