The impact of Thyroid function on individuals reduced physical strength and obesity in Baghdad
تأثير وظيفة الغدة الدرقية على الأفراد الذين يعانون من انخفاض القوة البدنية والسمنة

أجريت هذه الدراسة في بغداد، العراق، على مدى فترة زمنية تمتد من 1 نوفمبر 2024 إلى 25 فبراير 2025 بين الأفراد في بغداد، العراق. تأخذ هذه الدراسة 90 عينة دم (مصل) تم جمعها وتقسيمها إلى ثلاث مجموعات (30 عينة من المجموعة السيطرة، و30 عينة من المجموعة النحافة و30 عينة من مجموعة السمنة) من المجتمع مع إرفاق المعلومات الشخصية؛ تم إجراء تحليل هرمون الغدة الدرقية باستخدام تقنية Finecare . في كلية التقنية الطبية/ جامعة الفراهيدي/ بغداد.
تظهر النتائج فروق معنوية كبيرة في مؤشر كتلة الجسم (BMI) (P < 0.05) وهرمون تحفيز الغدة الدرقية (TSH) (P < 0.05) في حين لم تكن هناك فروق مع هرمون ثلاثي يودوثيرونين (T3) (P > 0.05) بين مجاميع الدراسة. أظهر العمر زيادة معنوية مع مؤشر كتلة الجسم (BMI) (P < 0.05) وهرمون TSH (P < 0.05) في حين لم يكن له دلالة إحصائية مع هرمون T3 (P > 0.05).
