The main objective of proposed method, cloud point extraction method (CPE) is to estimate the concentrations of Amlodipine, in pure and pharmaceutical forms, by adding 2 ml of 5 μg/ml of metanil yellow for Amlodipine, adding 1.5 ml of 10%v/v Triton X-114 with 1.5 ml of 0.1M of CTAB, and added 2ml of sodium sulphate solution 5%. The acidic function at pH = 6 is then placed in the ultrasound for five minutes. The bathroom is then transported for 40 minutes and 50°C. It is then, placed in a test tube in the centrifuge for 10 minutes and 5000 rpm. Then, transported to an ice bath and for two minutes, Absorbance measured at 664nm, A sign of Sandle were 0.003619 µg/cm2, LOD was 0.0471 µg.ml-1 and LOQ was 0.1428 µg.ml-1.
