الاستخلاص بنقطة الغيمة المقترنة مع مطيافية الاشعة فوق البنفسجية - المرئية للتقدير المايكروي للاملوديبين في المستحضرات الصيدلانية

الهدف الأساس لطريقة الاستخلاص بنقطة الغيمة المقترحة هو لتقدير كميات نزرة التراكيز لعقار الاملوديبين في الاشكال النقية والصيدلانية، وذلك بإضافة 2مل من محلول 5 ميكروغرام /مل صبغة الميتانيل الأصفر لعقار الاملوديبين، ثم إضافة 1.5 مل من محلول v/v %10 Triton X-114، مع اضافة 1.5 مل من محلول M 0.1 من CTAB واضافة 2مل من محلول %5 كبريتات الصوديوم وتضبط الدالة الحامضية عند pH=6 بعد ذلك توضع في جهاز الموجات فوق الصوتية لمدة خمسة دقائق ثم تنقل الحمام مائي لمدة 40 دقيقة وبدرجة حرارة °C 50 بعدها توضع في أنابيب اختبار في جهاز الطرد المركزي لمدة 10 دقيقة وبسرعة 5000 دورة /دقيقة بعدها تنقل الى حمام ثلجي ولمدة دقيقتين ثم اذابة الطور الغني بالمادة السطحية بالميثانول وقياس الامتصاص عند 664 نانومتر وتم الحصول على مطاوعة بيير للمدى 0.2-8 مكغم.مل-1 ومعامل الامتصاص المولاري L.mol-1.cm-1 216691.038 ودلالة ساندل µg.cm-2 0.0036 اما حد الكشف µg.ml-1 0.0471 والحد الكمي 0.1428 µg.ml-1.
