تحضير الجالكونات الثنائية وبعض حلقات البايرازولينات مع تقييم الفعالية الحيوية للبعض منها
الملخص
تضمن البحث تحضير عدد من مركبات الجالكونات الثنائية (11-1) m مبتدأ من الاسيتون مع مولين من ثايوفين 2-كاربوكسالديهايد او معوضات البنزالدهيد بوجود هيدروكسيد الصوديوم ومن ثم حضرت حلقات البايرازولين المقابلة (18-12) m من تفاعل كل من الجالكونات الثنائية (4-1) m مع الفنيل هيدرازين، الهيدرازين، والثايوسيمكاربازايد على التوالي. تم التحقق من الصيغ التركيبية للمركبات المحضرة طيفيا، باستخدام مطيافية الاشعة الفوق البنفسجية، الاشعة تحت الحمراء والرنين النووي المغناطيسي للبروتون والكاربون. أخيرا تم اختبار الفعالية البيولوجية لبعضها ضد بكتريا Staphylococcus aureus وفطر Candida albicans، بثلاث تراكيز (10,7.5,5) mg/ml واجراء مقارنة مع المضاد الحيوي نيوماسين سلفيت للبكتريا والنيستاتين للفطر بتركيز (10) mg/ml وقد اظهرت المركبات فعالية تثبيطيه عالية الي معتدلة وهذا يشير الى مضادات بكتيرية وفطرية واعدة.
