تضمن البحث تحضير 5-امينو-1,3,4-اوكسادايازول-2-يل من خلال مفاعلة حامض الاندوميثاسين مع السيمي كاربازايد هيدروكلورايد وباستعمال أوكسي كلوريد الفوسفورPOCl3 كعامل حولقة وبمساعدة هيدروكسيد البوتاسيوم، ومن ثم مفاعلة 5-امينو-1,3,4-اوكسادايازول-2-يل مع الالديهايدات للحصول على أنواع جديدة ومختلفة من قواعد شيف. تم دراسة الفعالية الحيوية للمركبات المحضرة ضد بكتريا E-coli. ولقد شخصت تراكيب المركبات المحضرة الجديدة باستعمال الطرائق الفيزيائية وقياس اطياف H1-NMR و IR
