دور الأكسدة ومضاداتها وتأثيرها على المجهضات في مدينة سامراء

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير الاجهاض على بعض المتغيرات الفسلجية والكيموحيوية ومقارنتها مع مجموعة السيطرة, أجريت الدراسة للمدة من 1 تشرين الاول ولغاية 1 شباط 2023 اذ تم جمع (90) عينة قسمت الى مجموعتين مجموعة السيطرة 30 عينة و30 عينة لمجموعة المجهضات و30 عينة لمجموعة الحوامل وجمعت العينات من عيادة الامراض النسائية في مستشفى سامراء العام وبعض المختبرات الطبية للعيادات الخارجية. اذ تم قياس كل من تركيز MDA وتركيز GSH كذلك دراسة تركيز الالبومين.واظهرت النتائج حصول ارتفاع معنوي لدى تركيز MDA وحصول انخفاض معنوي في تركيز GSH وتركيز الالبومين مقارنه بمجموعة السيطرة عند مستوى معنوي P ≤ 0.05.
