تحضير وتشخيص بعض مركبات اميدات السلفا ودراسة فعاليتها المضادة للبكتريا

يتضمن البحث تحضير من مشتقات الهبتاترايين الحلقي اميدات السلفا حاوية على امينات وتقييم فعاليتها البايولوجية ان المركبات المحضرة اميدات السلفا. تم تشخيص البعض منها بواسطة تقنيات IR , ,1H-NMR NMR – 13Cوتقيم الفعالية البايلوجية للمركبات فقد تم القياس على اساس قياس قطر التثبيط الذي تسببهُ العزلات البكتيريه على الوسط الزراعي واظهر تثبيط عالي لبعض المركبات والبعض منها كانت قليلة تجاه البكتريا. اظهر احد المركبات فعالية كبيرة ضد البكتريا E.coli نصف قطر تثبيط 18ملم بينما المركب الاخر أظهر فعالية ضد البكتيريا E.coli, S. aureues انصاف اقطار تثبيط 17و7 ملم على التوالي وكذلك أظهر مركب اخر فعالية تجاه بكتريا S. pneumonia بنصف قطر تثبيط 8 ملم ، أما بعض منها لم تظهر فعالية ضد S. pneumonia S. pyogenes ,
