الفعالية الحيوية لبكتريا ستربتومايسيس Streptomyces في انتاج عوامل مثبطة لنمو بكتيريا Staphylococcus aureus

أجريت الدراسة في الشركة العامة لصناعة الادوية والمستلزمات الطبية في سامراء ومختبرات قسم علوم الحياة -كلية التربية / جامعة سامراء للمدة من3/9/2022 ولغاية 10/3/2023 حيث جمعت 40عينة تربة على عمق 7-2 سم من تربة معمل أدوية سامراء لعزل بكتريا Streptomyces, يتم تشخيصها باستعمال الفحوصات المظهرية والزرعية والكيموحيوية التي بينت انها منتجة للعوامل المثبطة من خلال قابليتها على تثبيط بكتريا Staphylococcus aureus، أظهرت نتائج اختبار فعالية العوامل المثبطة المفرزة من بكتريا Streptomyces انها اثرت معنويا في تثبيط بكتريا الاختبار, اذ اعطى اعلى معدل قطر تثبيطي للراشح البكتيري بمقدار 21.7 ملم اتجاه بكتريا Staphylococcus aureus.
