التقدير الطيفي للميروبينيم ثلاثي الماء في المستحضرات الصيدلانية بتفاعل الاقتران التأكسدي مع حامض الميفيناميك وباستعمال صوديوم نيتروبروسيد

طورت طريقة طيفية دقيقة وسريعة لتقدير الميروبينيم (MER) في وسط مائي قاعدي وبدرجة حرارة المختبر (25ͦC)، والتي تعتمد على اكسدة عقار (Mer) بالعامل المؤكسد صوديوم نيتروبروسيد(SNP) واقتران ناتج الاكسدة بحامض الميفيناميك (MAF) وتكوين معقد ذو لون (اصفر مخضر)، واعطى اعلى امتصاص عند الطول الموجي 404nm λmax وبخطية تراوحت بين 2-30 مايكروغرام. مل-1 ، وبحد كشف 0.0107 مايكروغرام. مل- 1 وحد تقدير0.0324 مايكروغرام. مل-1 ومعامل الامتصاص المولاري 14000.32 لترمول-1. سم-1 ودلالة ساندل 0.03125 مايكروغرام. سم-2 وبانحراف قياسي نسبي لا تتجاوز 0.7594% واسترجاعية بين 100.2431-101.8229% مما يدل على نجاح الطريقة المقترحة في تقدير العقار في المستحضرات الصيدلانية.
