Abstract

The study was conducted during the period from May to June 2023 at the General Company for the Manufacture of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products in Samarra to estimate the level of the hormones adiponectin and angiotensin and lipid profile in male local rabbits. Fat was generated using Triton 100X. Fifteen rabbits were selected and divided into three groups to conduct biochemical and physiological tests, represented by Total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein-Cholestrol, low-density lipoprotein-Cholestrol, very low-density lipoprotein-Cholestrol, and the hormones adiponectin and angiotensin. The results are that the two study groups showed a significant decrease in the concentration of the hormones adiponectin and adiponectin compared with the control group on the first day and after one month, where the highest value was in the concentration level of angiotensin and adiponectin, respectively, was 68.24 ± 249.96 and 5.99 ± 20.47 in the Tritone group, while the lowest value was for angiotensin 9.50 ± 39.62 and adiponectin 0.85 ± 4.58 in the Atakand group.  Regarding fat concentrations, the highest value was in the level of LDL and TG, respectively 1.69 ± 201.92 in the tritone group, while the lowest value was in the level of HDL 1.70 ± 34.79 in the same group.
